Get your new password for the new NCO Forum
On 20 February, 2011 we moved from NCOcorps.net to NCOcorps.com and changed over to a more robust community which will provide better communication amongst Non Commissioned Officers.
When we move from the old community software to the new community software, we were able to move profiles over for registered users, but we were unable to move the passwords over because they are encrypted.
In order to access your NCO Corps Forum account on the new site, you will have to request a new password which can be considered a temporary password and can be changed once you login. The process to get the new password is simple as long as you still have access to the .mil email account you used when registering on the old site at NCOcorps.net. |
Step #1: Use the "password recovery" form
Click this link to be taken to the password recovery form. You will need to enter your email that you had associated with your old account on NCOcorps.net. The email you had associated with the account is the one that you used when you would login since that software required your email to be your username at login.
Step #2: Click the link in the email
You will receive an email to your .mil email address with a link included in the email that must be clicked. This proves that you have access to that email and that you are the owner of that specific registered account on NCOcorps.com. When you click the link, a new password will be emailed to that same account.
Step #3: Login with the temporary password provided in the email
Got to the login page and use the password provided along with your username (not your email) to login to your account. If you don't remember the username you had chosen, check the email that was sent in step 2 and the beginning of the email should say "hello Your Username".
Step #4: Change your password to something you will remember
Once you have successfully logged in, you can edit your password in your profile. For a shortcut, just click this link and you will be taken to the page to change your password. Simply enter your current password (the one sent to you) and enter your desired password in the spaces provide.
Step #5: Enjoy the new community software
You will now have access to the new NCO Corps Forum and can participate in discussions. Be sure to check for any contests that may be running for a chance to win some free stuff.

** If you have problems getting your new password, please email webmaster@ncocorps.com from the email address that is associated with your account. We will set a temporary password and email it to you.
